To survive the rest of my stay in Australia and make it back to the UK in one piece...easy right?

ABOUT ME

I never know what to put in these boxes but I'll give it a try:
I like to think I'm getting the most out of life. I'm travelling round Australia now, learning important things like how to cook, how to use a washing machine and, most importantly, living on a budget. After a few interesting months I found my feet and got back to enjoying myself in Sydney. Before I go home I want to see the rest of Australia and probably get out to New Zealand too. When i get back the next challenge will be university but I think travelling will be good practice for that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't been able to participate in Couch surfing yet but as soon as I get home I'll be fluffing up the cushions on my couch so everyone can come and experience Cardiff with me.
I've just started meeting up with other couch surfers in Sydney where I'm currently travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Up until now my only couch surfing has been unofficial crashing on the couches of friends and aquaintances.

Interessi

My free time seems to all be spent in the gym or on the beach. I love working out, especially when desperate housewives/american idol/some kind of rugby is one (my budget doesn't stretch to Foxtel!). When I'm on the beach I like to read (I'm a closet nerd!) or listen to music. My ipod hasn't been updated since I left England so I'm getting a bit bored of the same old songs. Before I left the UK I coached a kids' rugby team so I like to think I'm up for a challenge and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! They were the best group of kids you could wish for so it was never a chore, even on the rainiest days. I also sang in a couple of choirs so any opportunity to whip out the vocals and I'm there (I'm a nightmare at karaoke....). Other than that i'm just your regular traveller. I love meeting people, especially those from other countries so I'm trying to get out there and enjoy myself as much as I can.

Musica, film e libri

I don't get to the movies very often and when I do it's usually to see something trashy that should probably never have been made. I'll watch most things unless they're petrifying. I got taken to see Friday 13th (yeah, i know, it's not even scary) and I scremed 3 times. Needless to say my friends were unimpressed!
I read a lot, anything and everything. I devour books in about 2 or 3 days so I'm always looking to book swap to save my suitcase getting too heavy.
My musical tastes are varied so if you play me something I'll probably like it. Give it a try.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The thing I'm most proud of is leaving my comfortable home and the TLC of my parents to learn how to stand on my own two feet on the other side of the world. Getting on the plane was the most terrifying thing I've ever done, but undoubtably the best.

Oh gosh...what do i have to pass on? Erm, anyone want to know about Enzymes? I can probably teach you about them after learnign about nothing else for my last 2 years of school.
And I'm always up for a heated discussion about rugby, union of course, and why it's better than football (soccer)
