I'm a 32-year-old Chilean guy, I'm from Santiago (Chilean capital) but I´m currently living in Thunder Bay (Canada) where I'm studying a program in International Business Management as part of my post-graduation education. I studied International Business Engineering for 4 years in Chile. Moreover, I studied a program in Frontline Management in Australia, I lived there one year. My studies in Canada are finishing and in June I'll be back in Chile after one year living in Canada. On the other hand, I'm single and I don't have children. I have had the opportunity to travel for many countries such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, USA and Argentina. I really like travelling so I'm always thinking about my next travel destination. My last travel was in March, I went to Chicago with a group of friends driving from Thunder Bay. It was a 12-hour-driving trip from here to Chicago. I consider myself an outgoing person who likes meeting people and make new friends. Regarding sports, I play tennis, running, biking and I go to the gym regularly. I have a great family, my parents, my sister and my brother live in Chile.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because this is a good mean of meeting people who can offer me accommodation and whom I can offer a place to stay in Chile. I enjoy being in touch with people who live in other countries and I like speaking in other languages. I'll be really glad receiving new friends who want to visit Chile. I'd show them what Santiago and Chile have to offer. I'd like to experience the fact of being a host and touristic guider.

Regarding music, I like English bands, I like for example Oasis, Radiohead, Blur.
Movies: I have to recognize that I haven´t watched many movies so I don't have favourite movies. Anyway I like going to the Cinema.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Travelling in 4 Asian countries by myself for one month. What a great experience I was through. I met very nice persons, I enjoyed the food and architecture and I could see part of the culture of Japan, China and Malaysia. For me it was incredible being in a totally different cultures.

I think what I’m able to teach is what I have learned. I have learned that the best mean to reach personal and professional goals is the commitment. Setting objectives and working hard for them is the key to reach those goals.
I like sharing those experiences I have been through travelling. I like sharing what I have learned about other people’s culture.

I can share with hosts some experiences of travelling; the possibility of practise languages and, of course, the possibility to have a friend in Chile who can receive them. I like to speak in Spanish with those people who want to learn or practice Spanish.
