ABOUT ME

I am a pretty laid back guy who is insatiably curious about most everything. My interests span from math and science to theater and modern dance. I love to travel and hope to do a lot more of it, the weirder the place the better. Its really hard to faze me.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is for the living. Fear, self-doubt, and self-pity are the most destructive forces out there. If you don't leave your comfort zone often, you are not doing it right.

I am just getting started. I live in a dorm now, so can't really host. But, if you contact me I'll do my best to get you a couch in the area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have mostly just hung out with CS people at gatherings, went camping with them, and hung out with surfers at my friend's house.

Interessen

I love skiing, camping, reading, and arguing about politics. I am also into seeing performance and visual arts, discussing philosophy, and bullshitting about life. I'll try almost anything once (or twice).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Visiting Angkor Wat. Jumping out of a plane in Hawaii. Seeing the Panama Canal. Kayaking next to seals in Newfoundland.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can - and do- teach about computers, math, programming, and the philosophy of science. I would like to learn more about philosophy and literature.
