Hi

I'm a 19-year-old high school graduate from Poland. With couchsurfing I'm as green as one can possibly be, but I hope it will change soon.

After holidays I am going to study IT on University of Wrocław. I'm keen on artificial intelligence, I'm also working in that field in an EU sponsored project. Beside that I also like spending time on math and physics. If that didn't sound geeky enought I also play Dungeons&Dragons (mostly as Dungeon Master). Because all of this I may sometimes come out as socially akward, but I always try to be polite and kind.

My favourite My Little Pony character is Discord and from mane 6 it's Fluttershy.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I set up this profile in hope of improving my trip to China in September (2019). I hope to find here interesting people to spend time with. Local traditions, urban legends and other stories are very intersting to me and couchsurfing may be the place to find someone who is willing to share some of those. I would also appreciate an accomodation, but if I won't manage to find any hosts I will still go to China, just sleeping in youth hostels.

When music is considered I like going oldschool. I'm listening a lot of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Nirvana, David Bowie, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne etc.
Concerts are my thing and I take every possibility to take part in them.

My top 3 movies are: Forest Gump, Hair, Good Will Hunting
A whole different category are movies with Audrey Hepburn. That's my favourite actress and I have watched her movies countless times.

As for a favourite book I would say it's a tie between "Don Quixote" and "The Tale of Despereaux". I read a lot of fantasy and biographies of people I find interesting.

I've been invited to Guiana Space Centre where I've watched the launch of Galileo satellites into the orbit.

Sharing knowledge is something I like a lot. If you want to learn I can help you with:
- math
- physics
- programming (mostly Python, to some extent also HTML, C++ and SQL. We can also tickle some IT theory)
If you want me to teach about any of those please send me the topics you want to focus on, so I can prepare.

I'm also a Dungeon Master (D&D 3.5). If you want to play some Dungeons&Dragons I can intoduce you to the game and host it (provided that you find at least 4 people to play).
If you are willing to "stay awhile and listen" I may also entertain you with some storytelling.

I am willing to learn almost anything, especially things connected with science or culture.
