HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been couchsurfing for years. THIS PROFILE IS BRAND NEW. I had to delete my old email address. When I tried to recover the password of my old profile it became impossible. Some references all positive are lost. However, I am very excited about couchsurfing. It's a great idea, a great community, I believe in exchange!.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS is everyday. It is a lifestyle, a way to think, a sub-culture.
Hosted with plaesure, surfed more. Summer camp in Pescosolido, and many weekly meetings around Europe.

Interests

In random order obviously:
people's stories, well being, good and healthy food, international politics, photography, long walks in nature, ecology, playing with pets, basketball, philosophy, trains.. More and more..!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music.. When I am happy is everything, when I am dreaming is "bossa nova", when I am cooking is Ethiopian jazz, otherwise is Fabrizio DeAndrè, Pino Daniele, Coldplay, Queen, buena vista social club, catalan guitar, ukulele songs..
Hhhmm.. Pedro Almodovar, Nanni Moretti, Deepa Metha trilogy, Roberto Benigni and Massimo Troisi, mostly movies that give me a thought... I advice everyone the French movie: La belle verte/the green planet!
Then, I love reading books. My favourite is indeed "a thousand splendid suns" of K.Hosseini, I appreciate as well G.G.Marquez, A.Baricco, "les petit prince" by A.Saint'exhupery, Dostoevskj, and a hundreds more..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen someone singing to a little animal for about 6 hours. As the animal was sick at the vet, and enjoy some good singing, the person spent all this time trying to make it feel better. It was love, and a lovely person.

In the summer 2011 I brought my family in a surprise inter-rail trip around Europe. I moved them around from train to train and they never knew where they would arrive..I made them go out of their comfort zone and organized for them everytime unusual activities. We will never forget!
