I'm a chilled out guy. I like watching movies and reading (a lot). I'm sociable but happy enough when I'm left alone. I love going to new places and meeting people from different backgrounds.

It's a great system for travelers. You get to meet really interesting people. Never hosted cause I never had a place of my own. Got a bunch of friends who couch surf a lot and they love it though.

Reading anything I can get my hands on. Chatting with people about science, math stuff, or any topic that seems interesting. I like cooking cause it relaxes me (the quality of the food has been questioned at times). I like to think i pick up new interests often.

Book: gravity's rainbow, Pynchon, is my favorite. Plenty of others up there too.
Movies: i have a fondness for WWII movies. Like comedy, good action, etc. Never been fond of horror flicks though.
Music: qawallis, ghazals, Indian classical. Am always open to new musical experiences.

Good conversation, etc. I'm easy to get along with and I have varied interests. Had an interesting upbringing, pretty unconventional at least, which people find cool.
