我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Living in Rio has taught me how to step outside my comfort zone and try new things. It has been a wonderful experience and I have learned a lot about myself and met many amazing people along the way. Having grown up in North America, I fit very well into the lifestyle of being very organized and on-time and moving quickly in a fast-paced world. Living in Rio is teaching me a whole new concept - to go with the flow - a concept that I am very happy to adapt to (although it is hard!). I came with my fiance (who is Brazilian) to learn Portuguese and to learn about his culture so that we can raise our children as a mixture of the two beautiful worlds. So, with my new slogan in mind, and a larger pair of pants in hand (eating a lot is part of learning a new culture, you see)I turn to you, my fellow couchsurfers, to help enrich my experience!
