About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to see the world, see how other people live, immerse myself in cultures different to my own.
ABOUT ME
Having fun is where I’m at. I love adventure and interesting missions. I go camping with my friends fairly regularly to music and lifestyle festivals as well as just to get away from the city and life. I am very passionate about my work, I love what I do and always look forward to the next gig. I am quite interested in most forms of creativity, however, I am totally obsessed with film and music. I don’t really get in to the more commercial/pop genre of each, but do have fairly eclectic taste. Basically, I’m a pretty laid back, relaxed kind of guy.
PHILOSOPHY
hmm, nothing supper cheesy comes to mind right now
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
At my old house, I constantly had people crashing at my place, some for over a month, although not through Cs, but the same sort of vibe. Since then I've had some great experiences surfing in The States, Brazil, China and Japan.
Interests
Film, art, music, audio gear of just about any kind, street art and stencils, camping, photography and bass guitar. I also have an odd fascination with contemporary architecture.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Although I do enjoy it, I'm not really a huge reader to be honest, I just never really find the time. Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance,Mils Davis autobiography, Beneath the underdog, Siddhartha, Chariots of the Gods, The man who mistook his wife for a hat
Movies: I'm a huge fan of Stanley Kubrick, The Cohan Bros. Akira Kurosawa, Kevin Smith (with a few obvious exceptions), Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese, Michel Gondry, Chris Cunningham etc.
Music: Man, there is just too much to list, and like anyone could be stuffed reading though it all anyway! Let's just say I have pretty eclectic taste in music, but I don't really dig anything too commercial, just about everything on those Video Hits shows kinda drive me a little nuts after a while. A safe bet with me is Jazz, Blues, Funk, Soul and then other stuff that doesnât really fit in a genre. Oh and I gotta mention Squarepusher, Tool, Aphex Twin, The Mars Volta, Antibalas and Frank Zappa just cos they are probably my favs, although it is terribly hard to narrow it down, i could go on for ages. Oh, and Bob Brozman, the most increadible live performer I have ever seen.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A house I once lived in was literally covered from floor to ceiling with artwork done by visitors to it. Everyone who came left their mark and helped to decorate my home. It was truly an incredible place to live.
