I'm a chef, I eat a lot, both quantity and variety. I practically live on my bike, it keeps my gluttonous ass skinny. I like reading and learning how to curse in foreign languages. I drink probably too much, but damn do I have fun when I do.

Post-Katrina NOLA. Spent three months there stating in Nov. 05. Abso-fuckin-lutely crazy. Rural Cambodia on bike was pretty nuts too.
