I love the Grateful Dead, as well as blues and jazz, hip hop and rap, classical and accoustic! I read books by Hunter S Thompson, William Burroughs, Frederick Douglas, and Peter Mountford. I am a huge movie buff, I watch as many movies as I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was scuba diving off a boat I worked on, in the Silver Bank, Dominican Republic, when I saw a full-grown humpback whale come cruising by 10' away from me. Most incredible 40 seconds of my life!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have been a chef for a round 10 years now. I'm not Gordon Ramsey, but I know my way around a kitchen. I would love the opportunity to cook with or for any host open to sharing their culture with me!
