About Me
Hello, I am Chad and here is a little bit about me :)
I am so grateful for this life. The human experience has been a whirlwind that has transitioned me to a life focused on inner well being and happiness.
Yoga has been an instrument that has created so much joy for me.
Things I love:
The Beach
Athleting (I played baseball and basketball in high school)
Laughing
Dancing
Spirituality
Reading
Hiking
Camping
Learning
Being exposed to other cultures
Cooking
The list can go on!
There have been many teachers that have inspired me to take action within myself and create joy in my life.
Sadhguru, Jesus Christ, The Buddha, Moojibaba, Ghandi, Yogananda, Ram Dass, Ram Das, Krishna Das, Joe Dispenza, Luke Story, Dave Asprey, etc.
I have background in health coaching in regards to body purification, nutrition, breathwork, emotional and energetic practices.
I've also known physical work in working with my father in painting (he's a contractor), planting spruce trees in Wyoming, working on an organic farm for 2 months, and serving in the restaurant industry.
I am grateful for your time in reading this and hope you are having a wonderful day.
Love and Blessings,
Chad Smith
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To see new places in my travels. I applied to volunteer at an Ashram a week ago in McMinnville, Tennessee. I packed my life up from Jackson, WY in my car and hit the road October 25, 2021. I have yet to hear from the Ashram and have space now to experience new places and just see what happens and where I settle next!
