ABOUT ME

All about me huh?....continuing to live the dream. I moved to Kaua'i in June 2013 from Alaska. I traveled with a backpack for 18 months and of all the amazing places that I visited, Kaua'i was the best. No doubt about it. So I am here on Kaua'i with the same smile and the same heart, but a much nicer tan than what I had while living in Alaska! Life is great here.

I am in love with life. Plain and simple. I realize how blessed I am and I try to live everyday with gratitude oozing out of my heart. I want to be happy, make the most out of life, and die with no regrets.

PHILOSOPHY

I truly believe in the golden rule and how we should treat people, animals, and objects the same way we want to be treated. We should have respect and an appreciation for everything in the universe. The most important thing in life to me is happiness. You have to be selfish sometimes and make yourself happy first, because if you are not happy, you cannot make others happy. You have to be able to forgive others before you can expect others to forgive you. We should smile and laugh more more more!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think that couchsurfing is one of the greatest creations ever. I like it people when already know about couchsurfing, but I also like it when I get the blank stare in response to, “Have you ever heard of couchsurfing?” Then I get to explain the concept of couchsurfing to them!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of my couchsurfing experiences have been extremely extremely positive. Everyone that I have met through couchsurfing started out as a stranger, but is now a friend.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When I was 24, I left my home to travel for 1.5 years to familiar and very unfamiliar places. I learned many valuable things about myself and now I live each day happier, fuller, and better.

I love how teaching, learning, and sharing never ever ends. I never want to stop teaching, learning, or sharing. If I stop teaching, learning or sharing, then I am dead.
