About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Exploring Colorado and all it's wonder!

ABOUT ME

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming.... Wow, what a ride!"

I grew up in Indiana, in the United States of America. This is a very flat, slightly ugly (though I've grown fond of it due to proximaty) part of our dear planet which THRIVES on routine. Fear not though, I have escaped the Hoosier state! I now hale from Denver, Colorado! A gorgeous land, filled with exciting options, friendly transplanted inhabitants, and breathtaking scenery.

As for me, I am a positive force, driven by fun, excitement, success, and moments of inspiration and originality! I love being ridiculous, fun, quick-on-my-toes, and most of all passionate.

I recently opened an upscale hostel in downtown Denver! This has been a dream of mine for many years and I'm thrilled to finally have opened it. It's located right in the heart of the city, just blocks from the bus station and Union Station.

PHILOSOPHY

"Sometimes the worth a person adds to our life can only be measured in the joy and contentment they bring to our day to day existence. That is enough." - My Mom

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed several couches in Europe, and also joined in on several "meetings/get togethers" in various towns around Europe as well! I LOVE this website and its objective.

Now I own an upscale hostel in downtown Denver, CO and have a few Work Exchange places available from time to time. So if you're interested in spending 30+ days in Denver, living/working at a kickass hostel, let me know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got to surf some incredibly comfy couches around Europe with some amazing people! Thank you for allowing me into your lives! =)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I couchsurfed in Tangier, Morocco for a few days with a family I met on the ferry over from Tarifa. It was unbelievable. They weren't members of this website, just incredibly friendly and hungry for conversation with someone from so far away. I definitely got to see a side of their city that I doubt many travelers get to see. I'll never forget that.

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Grenada, Haiti, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saint Lucia, Spain, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, United Kingdom
