ABOUT ME

i really love playing and creating music. i like adventures. trying new things. challenging myself in some way or another. reading, learning, writing, yoga, watching live music, having drinks with friends and exploring new places. it's all so interesting. i try to stay away from "tune out" activities as much as possible… to varying levels of success. :)

PHILOSOPHY

2010: NEVER accept the way things have always been done. Make your own life. Make your own decisions. Happiness does not have to be what society tells you it should be. Only you can figure that out.

2014: empathy is the most important thing a human can learn. if you truly master empathy, then 99% of the anger you have at the world melts away.

I've hosted and met up with some fellow surfers in the Dallas area and have surfed in Austin, TX and Nashville, TN. Looking forward to more experiences to come!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Oh man... what a wide open category. I enjoy reading but am a harsh critic. Right now I am really into any learning/DIY literature I can get my hands on. Jobs' biography was very inspirational. Really makes you believe that we all have the power to make a difference or make our mark. I'm hard to please with movies as well but I love watching them. It's all about the script/writing. Make it believable. I can quickly pick out the lines that would never be said in real life and for me that ruins the world they are trying to create. Music I'm all over the board. I appreciate talent in whatever form, whatever genre. If you write your own lyrics and play an instrument that's a good start.
