Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to travel on my own some i think, and hotels are very expensive. I have a van i sleep in for short long weekend trips, but if i fly somewhere paying for a hotel room by myself can limit what i would like to do in a city. Also i love to meet new people and hear their stories

Interests

Mainly sports. My travels generally revolve around going to a new stadium, race track, or golf course. Would be interested in doing some sight seeing traveling though. Would like to see parts of the country I've never been to i.e. Montana or Maine. States not known for their sports culture

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of music. Not a huge fan of rap, hip hop, or new country but i can listen to all for spurts. Mainly a fan of blues, classic rock, bluegrass, Americana, classic country. Generally like non fiction books and movies but i love a good western from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Harry Wendlestats umpire school in Ormond beach Florida, left there and lived in key west for about three months. Best days of my life.

You can't teach without knowing what another person knows or doesn't know. We all learn something new everyday even if we aren't consciously aware of it. We all need to share the bounties of this wonderful earth.
