My name is Marianna, and thats because my lovely mother was obsessed with Brazilian TV shows.
In my childhood my family and I did not go abroad, but I really wanted to. That was my dream.
So then I turned 18, I found myself a work and decided to earn some money and start my travel experience c:

All these differences in culture, mentality -- all of this is damn interesting and cool. When you travel, you can get a lot of information. From one trip you can get more knowledge than from a large number of books.
We are all so different, and I like to know - how unusual and unique we are.
You can learn a lot about the country from books, films, stories of other people....But, only when you visit the place, you feel it.
When I was in Paris and saw the Eiffel Tower for the first time in my life not on photo, but in real life it was a completely different emotion. And I liked that feeling. And I want to have it for many times in my life, so I travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nobody will tell you about the country better than those who live in it. The country is not only architecture and famous places. The country is people who live in it, their habits, their way of life, their beliefs.
We are not the same, we live in different ways, and it's so cool! And I would very much like to exchange ideas with people about all this.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like really different styles of music. Like today I want to listen to some pop, yesterday I've been listening to rock for all evening, and tomorrow I will be obsessed with house music.
((But well, I really like Lorde. She's so inspiring))
Now Im trying to make my own songs, but I just started, so. you know, this is just the beginning of the story...
I play ukulele and guitar and really like to sing, so if you want to sing something, I'll gladly join you.
