Music, Movies, and Books

it's a song here and there, not everything by this one artist.3-Iron, Millennium Mambo, Raising Victor Vargas, Broken Wings, Last Life in the Universe, Kamikaze Girls, L'Enfant, 12:08 East of Bucharest, The Gleaners and I, dumb teen moviescurrently stuck in the middle of Mme Bovary. I'll finish eventually...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

got robbed in Quito's Mariscal and ran away screaming, then had a 3-person hotel room 90s music dance party

went down a manhole in Paris and wriggled out on my stomach into a car park seven floors below ground

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to protect your stuff on a night bus (this requires flexibility and a real commitment).

Lebanon taught me how to light a gas stove, use a non-automatic washing machine, and drink without touching the bottle (sort of).

I'd love to talk about film (there are so many directors I haven't seen...), or learn how to take photos for real. Maybe you can show me how not to knock helmets on a bike?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be thrilled to introduce you to the local yoga studio, or my kung fu school if you do kung fu!

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, France, Lebanon, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Ecuador, France, Liberia, United States
