ABOUT ME

Well, I love life. I love people. I'm trying to find my calling in this world, and it hasn't yet totally come to me, though I am really getting the sense that natural healing/metaphysical healing is the way to go for me. I love information and knowledge and I absorb it all like a sponge. I consider myself a very nice, easygoing, considerate person.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live! I live my life to spread the message that we all deserve the best and all deserve to be loved for who we are. Of course, I don't push this on anyone, I just let people know it's an option. Smiling every day is the way for me!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whenever I meet other travelers that seem like the types that would enjoy the Couch Surfing community, I pass on the website information. I want to help out by contributing to the finances as soon as I've settled from my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I mostly bunk up with family and friends. And it's always a blast. I can't wait to try it out with people I haven't yet met!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Right now I'm big into Louise L. Hay books. She writes about metaphysical healing. I also like Stephen King, Jonathan Kellerman, Chuck Palahniuk. Music would be John Frusciante, Loreena McKennitt, Fatboy Slim... my friend, the Manitou...pretty much all kinds of music as long as it's not sappy country western. Movies: Amelie, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I lived on Calvert Island, a little island just of the northern tip of Vancouver Island. My family and I were caretaking a lodge/resort during the off-season. It was gorgeous. Ocean was my front and back yard. When the el nino current came through, it brought millions of pacific sardines (supposedly extinct) into the bay and along with it porpoises, killer whales, and even blue whales! I got to witness a killer whale breaching right out in my front yard!

I strongly believe that we are all in control of our lives. By this I mean that our insides create our outsides, so if there are any issues still going on for you that you haven't identified, it'll be mirrored outside of you. The question I always ask when things are "not the greatest" is, why did you chose it? I'd love to know more about the mysteries of life. I'm pretty much open to everything. Except country western music.
