● Where Am I From ●
Hey, I am Chan-Hsuan, Hung from Kaohsiung, which can be called the hottest place in Taiwan. It is known to the world that Taiwanese people are nice and hospitable to the foreigners and it's exactly the place I born and live in.

● My Good Voice ●
I joined the Tsing Hwa University choir for the whole college life and all members in the glee club are considered my sis and bro. In 2009, we participated in the Vivace International Choir Festival in Hungary and won the first price. I was then the student conductor. We held lots of musical and concert in campus & national concert hall and sometimes in the hospital. In 2012, I was selected as Cosette in the musical "Les Miserables", which is the most interesting and special experience I ever have in the glee club.

● Help Exchange Experience ●
I and my best friend joined the Help Ex and began to experience the different cultures after graduating from the University. We planned the route, booked the ticket scheduled the tours ourselves. Grooming the horses, cleaning the houses/dishes, chasing cattle, chopping woods, lighting the fire, ect are all fascinating jobs I've done in this adventure to Australia. I enjoy the different culture, people and life style while trying to adapt them and merge them into my life.

● My Earlier Jobs ●
I had been a department assistant for three years in charge of all foreign students in the university. Hence, I had talked to lots of student around the world, such as India, Haiti, China, Vietnam, Germany, France and Russia. Later, I served as a international sales representative in a stainless steel company in Taiwan. I learned lot of knowledge from the colleagues as well as from the customers. I like to call them directly to hear feedback toward the market and our quotation. Gradually, we became friends and now I have lots of friends from Australia, Japan, England and Span.

● Next Journey ●
I have gained the admission letter from the Goettingen University and hope that I could have lots of fun and in the mean time, focusing on my study as well. Probably in the future you could be part of my stories too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am curious about the differences among every cultures that lead to the various ideas, personality and mindset. I think the best way to indulge in one culture and know more about the people is to live with them, eat with them, play with them, and talk to them in order to have a comprehensive aspect of a culture.

In my as least two years of study, I wanna understand the European histories, cultures, languages and life, which will definitely different from the Asian I live in. I cannot wait to taste the flavor of it, though it might not always be sweet.
