About Me

CURRENT MISSION
You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough
dont sweat the small stuff

ABOUT US
I have a roomate and still trying to get to know her vibes so cant host yet....
We are twin sisters (my sister is a nurse) who Love travelling, meeting new people, socializing with locals, exploring off the beaten path for less... pretty much everything couch-surfing stands for. We have both travelled on and off in last 5 years, but when in town, we still like having opportunity to show off the city; we truly believe Montreal is awesome, (aight maybe not its winter) and one of North America's top 5 cities...
we recently started travelling seperately and decided its time to break the umbilical cord and we split our accounts so she made a new one and therefore, i have a lot of old references that refer to my sister.
Please read the Full profile to know more about us. Please ensure Your profile is as complete as ours and that we would make a good match. If you have 5 lines on your profile, you may want to stay elsewhere.
PHILOSOPHY
What won't break you will make you stronger.
YOLO
necessity is the mother of invention
Great places are only seen by foot

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW WE PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Officially been on CS for 6 years, and hosted quite a few people, and met many more ;)
CS has changed the way we travel the world, and has helped to meet awesome people we wouldn't have otherwise. We hope that we can return the favour to many others in the CS community...
Other than that, we're always curious to meet other travellers and maybe have some local tourist-ish action, and new drinking/exploring buddies. Hell, we meet locals in other cities and have taught them secret off the beaten track spots even They never heard about ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
even before this official site, we have informally spent extensive amounts of times on other people's couches. Not even necessarily friends- strangers met on busses, or in staircases, or park benches (half-joking bout the last one). since joining, have hosted and surfed and met up and every experience (for most part- ask us for stories) have been incredible

I have organized meetups in cities all over, from Montreal, Toronto, thailand, vietnam, yangon and hopefully many more soon ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

After all my travelling and life experiences, I never regret the things I've done, but I know I will regret what I haven't done. So grab life by its horns and don't look back. Learn from every experience, and pass on your life lessons to people you meet ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know a lot of people are looking to practice new languages, so there's always that.... but I usually end up hanging out with my hosts and dragging them along on my off the beaten track adventures in their own city...makes for interesting stories... I may even introduce you to new vegan and vegetarian restaurants which are good list to have for your future guests (the One thing we pre-plan before travelling)...
If you have any injuries or exercise physio questions,I can also help with that.

To share with guests- I may have a bike to lend, but we Definitely have a case of books should you want to swap a paperback for your further travels ;)
Depending on schedhule, would love to hang out, grab a drink or check out festival but doesnt always work.
due to crazy schedules, it's rare to be able to host more than 2-3 days or cook or necessarily hang out with our guests. We expect you to want to be out and about and checking out the city.
