ABOUT ME

I am in my 60s. I grew up in Hong Kong but have been living in USA for more than 40 years, I am a very experienced traveler, almost always travel with a backpack, I have set foot on all seven continents and crossed both Arctic and Antarctic Circles. Always an adventurer and enjoy meeting people and learn from them. To me, this is the best part of traveling.
After I finished my Peace Corps assignment in Ukraine, I traveled for 7 months, going through the Balkan Peninsula, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia and SE Asia before flying home (San Francisco) at the end of Dec. 2009 and then returned to work until retirement. Now I am free to travel again.

PHILOSOPHY

Do my best and not worry about the outcome. If I have given it my 100%, there is nothing else I can do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed in quite a few CS members' place when I traveled from Ukraine to Hong Kong. I absolutely love the experience, and will do my best to host visitors to my city.
