Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am actually just starting out on couchsurfing, even though I joined a while ago. I joined because friends have told me the great experiences they've had, of nice people and general human kindness. I also really like to get a local feel for the places I travel to, and getting to stay and interact with someone who lives there is a good way !
