About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to exist as freely as possible...its a tough road sometimes.

ABOUT ME

I am currently on a RTW trip, for the foreseeable future. I love bicycling, hiking, hanging with friends, partying, going out, and engaging in general mischief. I am into all kinds of music, both playing and listening. I enjoy making electronic/rap stuff as well as some acoustic stuff.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not sure I've actually figured out what my personal philosophy is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: You name it, there is probably some aspect of it I can get into. Much of my listening recently is electronic and hip-hop.

Books: Kurt Vonnegut, Haruki Murikami, Tom Robbins, John Steinbeck, Bukowski, Thoreau.

Movies: Surreal, mind-bending, thought provoking. I dont have a TV so I dont see a lot of movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I quit a successful career as an Engineer to travel. It was not easy to do, but it was the smartest thing I have ever done.

I rode from Coos Bay, OR to San Francisco summer 2013. 560 miles in 9 days along the Oregon/California Coast. It was the most epic trip I have taken.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, France, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Switzerland, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Malaysia, United States
