I'm new to couchsurfing but think its a great way to meet people while traveling

I'm your typical 24-year-old girl. And I like most things that girls my age like. I still like to out and have fun (even though I hate myself the next day for it), but am beginning to enjoy those Netflix and wine nights in more and more. I'm easy going and friendly, I love a good adventure and seeing new places, and always love a good conversation.

I was born and raised in Bristol, TN (East TN) went to school and started working in Knoxville - I still believe that east TN is one of the most beautiful locations in the country. I'm currently living and working in Chicago and thoroughly enjoying everything that city life has to offer. I work for Newell Rubbermaid in supply chain (we make Sharpies - and yes, I have drawers full). However, I'm still trying to discover what I ultimately want to do with my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and meet new people.
And I'd rather meet someone fun and interesting to chat with than have a boring, normal night in a hotel room

Movies- this is soo much dependent on my mood. anything thought provoking, the occasional comedy or rom com, but never anything scary - my anxiety can't handle it
