ABOUT ME

My name is Chandar. I travel every summer, and love being on the road. I am doing my Masters ın Socıology now and enjoying my work in mental health care.

I live in Amsterdam, which by far is the greatest small city in Europe! I now live in a house with students and graduates.

When traveling I am often on the road with my girlfriend Kim. We both love to cook, we like to talk, and dance and laugh :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this moment it's difficult to offer a couch since the spare room is occupied.

I have hosted lots of people up till now and have been surfing in the summer of 2012. The experience has been a really positive one and it's nice to be granted so much hospitality and kindness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted really quite some people already. It's been an overall great experience. I always like to provide people with a unique place to stay, close to the centre and in one of the coolest neighborhoods of Amsterdam (Oost!).

I have never tried traveling though through couchsurfing. So I am really looking forward to the experiences I might have on this trip. I think couchsurfing is unique way of getting to meet local people, get their perspective on their cities and country. If you are hosting us be sure to expect a big dinner from us, loads of fun and a couple that is all ears to your tips and tricks on how to experience your city the best way possible.
