I'm 26 and a Costume Design student at UCLA, starting my second year of master's degree. I'm originally from Montreal, Canada but now live in LA. I first studied Occupational Therapy at McGill University but switched out after two years and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I consider myself a pretty laid back kind of person, although I always end up completely overbooked and doing too many projects at once... I suspect undiagnosed ADHD! But there's nothing I love more than watching a movie with a big bag of popcorn and a beer. I'm a netflix junkie. I also take my craigsliting very seriously

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm starting to get more and more opportunities to travel as an assistant or intern on fantastic projects, which is super exciting... just not so great for my wallet. And although I could just stay in some shitty motel, I really love the couch surfing concept. I always love having friends stay over at my place and I love the idea of staying somewhere with someone local. I'm trying this for the first time and i'm really excited to meet new people.

Interests

Costumes, clearly, but I really love movies. I have to be honest, I can sometimes ruin movies for people because all I focus on are the costumes.
I love to eat... in or out... i just really love food! I'm also a pretty decent cook
I will most likely be working pretty much full time on set, and so my free time will be limited, but I love to go out and just experience the city

I once swam with a shark... ok it wasn't intentional. He just sort of happened to be right next to me as I was snorkeling... but I think it still counts.
