ABOUT ME

I am a person who try to see the positive side of all, I face life always with good humor , I cherish very honesty, I think that is the base . I like to philosophize about life, love cycling, traveling, I do yoga for more than 20 years,I do meditation, pilates and run regularly ... I try to constantly exercise the body and mind ... Held and grateful for life ... With many stories to tell, I love to learn, meet people, different places, an interesting book and all that life has good to offer me , I always try to be open-minded.
I participate in international and national communities like:
- AFS, I hosted 4 exchange student, from USA, Germany and China, for one year each one in the different time, I loved them, we are like relatives ...

-Brazilians Cycling clubs ( I love, and I always do bike travels with group or alone )

Sou uma pessoa que procuro ver o lado bom das coisas, encaro com bom humor a vida, prezo muito pela honestidade, acho que este item tinha que vir de fabrica. Gosto de filosofar sobre a vida, adoro pedalar ( fiz varias viagens de bike), viajar, faço yoga ha mais de 20 anos, pilates e corro regularmente... procuro exercitar constantemente o corpo e a mente... Realizada e grata pela vida... Com muitas historias pra contar, gosto muito de aprender, conhecer pessoas, lugares diferentes, um livro interessante e tudo que a vida tem de bom pra me oferecer, procuro estar sempre com a mente aberta.

Participo de Grupos de intercambios:
- AFS, na qual hospedei 4 intercambistas, uma Americana, 2 alemãs e uma chinesa, e ficamos muito ligadas, ficamos como se fossemos da família.
