ABOUT ME

I have been described (and proudly admit) as an easy going happy go lucky kind of guy. As soon as an opportunity for an adventure presents itself, it will be pretty much next to impossible for me to turn it down. I believe that planning (for the most things in life anyways) is overrated.

When I am not out and about roaming around the planet, I can typically be found at my university conduct research on the effects of conflicts and migration on the mental health among refugees.
