Hi there! My name is Chantal, I'm a 31 years young, working mom from the Netherlands and, just like most of y'all, I absolutely love to travel.

There are so many beautifull places in the world, waiting to be discovered by me. And I'm trying to find and visit as many of them as I can. Another passion of mine is food. I absolutely LOVE food, so wherever I go, I'll always try the traditional dishes of a country, home cooked meals, streetfood and the must try restaurants/diners.. To me food is love, cooking is a way of communication.. Food 's not only something you taste, it's something you feel.

I have a 12 year old daughter who's absolutely brilliant. She is the most amazing human being I have ever seen and she's my favorite person in the whole world. We love to go out into the woods together, picking berries for baking pies or spending warm summerdays at the beach, wich is practicaly in our backyard, and on rainy days we have a go to plan that includes pizza, netflix and blankets on the couch. :D

We both love to travel, and we've had the most wonderfull hollidays and roadtrips together.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music, completely depends on what mood I'm in haha. Favorite movies.. Let me think, there are so many awesome and beautifull movies! Interstellar, Forrest Gump, Wolf of Wallstreet, A Star is Born, The Green Mile, Heart of the Sea, practically everything from Marvel (cried my eyes out during Endgame), the Notebook, Age of Adaline, Savages, Blow, all three parts of the The Hobbit and of course all three parts of Lord of The Ring aswell. Grown ups 1 and 2. The list goes on and on. When it comes to books I'm a history type of girl, I love reading all kinds of different religious books and philosophy. I also like Erich von Däniken's writing (Ancient Aliens). Next to books I can spend hours and hours online to figure out every last fact about something I'm interested in.
