My name is Chantelle and I'm from Hamilton, Ontario in Canada :)
I have been in Australia for about a year and a half and I really need to start travelling !
I haven't been to many places just yet, however once I dipped my toes into the pool of travel I feel as though I never want to get out of it !
I love meeting new people and have always been called a social butterfly growing up.
I enjoy listening to peoples stories whether it be about travel or life itself.
I've been told I have a bubbly up beat personality by most people I've met ,I suppose that's a good thing right?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After my first travelling trip a couple summer ago to Amsterdam,Paris and London I realized how pricey it can be to travel ! However , my favourite part of travelling for the most part was all the people you meet along the way and the friendships that are made !
Not only is seeing different parts of the world amazing but I love learning about the cultures and yes I'm a huge foodie so I love to divulge in the culinary delights wherever I am travelling .

Interests

FOOD : It's funny as I used to be the pickiest eater as a child however I will now try anything once ( no matter what it is ) given the chance ! Life is too short to eat the same thing all the time, I enjoy putting myself out there culinary wise and maybe learn how to cook a few cultural dishes along the way if I'm lucky

Fitness: I enjoy trying different sports and activities even if I won't be the best at them , I don't mind laughing at myself aha .

People:I am a huge people person, I enjoy being around people that have a zest for life :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Randomly decide to be a live in nanny in a country where I knew no one. I am glad I made the decision and followed through with it !
