ABOUT ME

I love food, wine, circus, and dancing, especially West Coast Swing and Salsa. I've lived in Canada, Australia and I am currently in New Zealand on a new adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that it's important to treat other people with respect and compassion. I try to live with enthusiasm, have fun, and enjoy every day!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed in New Zealand and attended multiple events with couchsurfers in Calgary and Melbourne.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I Couchsurfed a couple of times in New Zealand and met some awesome people.

兴趣

I love being outside and doing outdoors / wilderness activities like hiking, climbing, riding my bike, or just going for a walk outside. I also love dancing West Coast Swing and Salsa and doing circus activities like tumbling and trampoline. I'm a pretty good cook and I enjoy cooking healthy, usually vegetarian-friendly, food, plus some chocolate for good measure.

I mostly like fantasy and historical fiction, like LOTR and Game of Thrones. I like lots of different kinds of movies, but no horror, I'm too scared! My taste in music is pretty eclectic, and my playlists are almost all organised by tempo so that I can practice my west coast in the kitchen.

I drove from Melbourne to Cairns in ten days through the desert and climbed the highest mountain in Australia along the way.

I'm an experienced salsa dancing instructor, so if you want to learn a few moves, I can absolutely get you started! I'm just starting out in West Coast Swing, but I love it and would be happy to give teaching it a go as well!
Also feel free to ask me any of your fitness, nutrition or food related questions. If I don't know the answer off the top of my head I know where to find out!

I love to cook, so I'm more than happy to prepare a meal for you and your friends (and show you how if you want!). My specialties are pesto pasta, Thai-style curries, and sesame peanut noodles, but I have lots of other delicious options. I also make amazing muffins.
