About Me
ABOUT ME
I love good adventure, fun company, and learning new things.
PHILOSOPHY
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
- Mark Twain
No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
- Eleanor Roosevelt
I also keep reminding myself that I should try everything at least once in my lifetime.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host/surf, attend CS events, and recommend our community to other people who are also passionate about travelling!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My CS life began on September 13, 2008 when I decided to try a different way of travelling. I went to Malaysia, stayed with a lovely host, and met a CS Nomadic Ambassador who showed me around Kuala Lumpur until we got stuck in a restaurant for God knows how long due to a torrential downpour.
And then I took a long break from CS...
I became active again in 2012 and have been going to various CS gatherings. I also moved in with other couchsurfers and we have been regularly hosting since October 2012 --- we have guests almost every week!
Interests
Traveling, reading, writing, learning Spanish, listening to good music, watching movies be it cheesy comedies or foreign films.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm partial to house and rock music, but I also enjoy listening to other types, from pop to classical.
I love foreign films and you can always find me having a movie marathon during Instituto Cervantes de Manila's Annual Spanish Film Festival.
I like reading fiction (no sappy love story, please) and non-fiction (currently enjoying Freakonomics).
