Music, Movies, and Books

As for music, I am not picky. I love classical music, country music, pop music, stringed music, keyboard music, instrumental music, folk music, blues, jazz, funk, rock and roll... Chinese band SODAGREEN is my favorite, and I also love Hozier, Maroon 5, the offspring, Cara Dillon...

As for movies, my favorite type is documentary / biographies, where I can see the real life. I am interested in adventure film and detective film.Sometimes I will watch romance film and nostalgia film. I also can handle thriller.

As the same as movies, my favorite type of book is biography. I really enjoy reading. I will read poems, essays, novels, philosophy, adventure and detective stories at my spare time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stay up the whole night to climb Mountain Tai, which is the highest peak in Shandong and is called "Chief of the Five Sacred Mountains" and "First Mountain Under Heaven." Just after 1 hour lying on the steps of Mountain Tai, I am heading to get the best sunrise-catching spot . Then I walked down the Mountain Tai without any rest.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching. learning and communicating!

I taught Chinese to international students in universities for more than 3 yrs. From Aug. 2014 to Jun. 2015, I was a volunteer Chinese teacher in the Confucius Institute of Middle Tennessee State University in the U.S.. Really good for me! Being a regular volunteer and organizing Chinese Corner in Hangzhou, which aims at helping foreigners learn Chinese and adapt to Chinese life, make me keep a peaceful mind.

What I Can Share with Hosts

You can have fun Chinese learning from me & get to know profound Chinese culture with me if you are interested.

I am easy-going, and really good at handworks, e.g. paper cutting, Chinese knot. I am also good at calligraphy, Chinese painting, and Chinese cooking.

I am also a good story teller & listener. We can share our stories together.
