ABOUT ME

I am a 26 years old French guy who love travelling for one key reason: meeting new people and cultures to open my mind... and also mostly to have a lot of fun :) Beware, people say my happiness is contagious...

I've been wearing a hat on my head for the last 8 years. That's why my friends call me "chapo" which means "hat" in French.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really love the concept of couchsurfing: it really made me realise that the old and universal "sense of hospitality" was not lost, even nowadays! Since my first couchsurfing experience, as a guest, I've tried to host as many people as I could, and I still prefer surfing couches than staying in a hotel when I travel :) I had more than 30 experiences with couchsurfing, and all of them were extremely positive, although very different. I believe that difference between people is what makes the strength of this concept!
I will definitely keep on involving in couchsurfing as long as I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As mentionned above, my couchsurfing experiences were very different, but all of them were amazing! Many of my trips probably would not have been the same without the great hosts I met, and hosting people help me breaking the everyday life routine here in Grenoble. In fact, hosting couchsurfers is a way of travelling, while staying at my place :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hitch-hiking 800km alone in 12 hours from Madrid to Perpignan so that I can get to my city and take an exam on time...the day after!!

I would be very glad to teach you the most useful basis of (dirty) French language and traditions! I can also share with you my back-packing/hitch-hiking experiences and...I'm a teacher of Java, object oriented programming and statistical signal processing! :p Oh and I also play guitare so I can teach you that too.
