ABOUT ME

I'm a queer fisherman! I love exploring outside and I really like to see the natural areas where I'm traveling I play the Djembe and love working with children. I spend a lot of time as a Camp Counselor or a nanny. I like to wear suits and make bad puns. I enjoy learning things, hearing about other people's experiences, and having intense conversations. I spend a lot of time thinking about social justice, my future, sex, gender, and social anarchy. i think consent is soooooo important.

I think I will be involved in social work after college. I believe a have a knack for talking to children and so i would like to work in schools or foster care feel realize their passions and feel good about who they are.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm just a surfer. I'm looking for some couches in Burlington to stay on this summer on the weekends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I Couch Surfed in Chicago this past march and it was so great! Some friends and i stayed with 3 different hosts and they were all really fantastic people.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When I was on vacation in Bermuda this summer, I went snorkeling and out in the deep ocean a Remora (also known as shark sucker) found me and tried to latch on to me as if I were a big fish. I got to observe it in the water, but also has to fend it off from swimming up my shorts. My father had this same thing happen to him decades ago when he was a young snorkeler and it was always the tall fisherman's tale he told at parties. Maybe it was the same fish!

Learn. How to do what's right for you when people are telling you it's wrong. I'm just starting to figure a lot of things about my self as a queer person and a crazy person and it makes life looking really exciting but also pretty tough and frightening. I'd like to hear how other people are living and feeling good about what their doing. I'm also think of going into social work. I'd like to meet people who are in that field that could tell me some things about their experience.
