ABOUT ME

My name is Charis and I am 22 years old. Since I was a little girl I always wanted to so something with movies. I couldn't decide myself to specialize, that's why I chose "Media Studies" :D My university is in Potsdam, but I live in a flatshare (with seven other people) in Berlin, because there's more going around.
In my free time I like to sing, dance, play the piano and I love to travel and laugh.
I'm very curious about any cultures and languages and I am very happy to spend six wonderful weeks in the Chattanooga area.
I am really reliable, honest, cooperative, creative, friendly open-minded and cheerful. I would love to meet a lot of people and experience the American culture.

At the moment I only surf, but when I am home again and have my own appartment, I hope I will have the chance to host people!! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did Couchsurfing in Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle and Utrecht so far and I am amazed how friendly the people always are! You can feel that they really love to host and they made the time just amazing!

兴趣

I love to sing, dance, listen to music, do sports (I especially like to swim, go skiing/snowboarding, inlineskate and I also did athletics in school), play theatre, smile, spend time with my friends/ family and of course I am passionated about travelling. Besides I like to be creative and expressive myself in any kind of art (even when I'm not that good in painting :D )

That's a really hard question, because my life rotates about movies and music and I also love to read! I enjoy listen to Indie Rock, Alternative, Blues, Jazz, Soul... nearly every kind of music (depends on my mood). With movies and books it is very similiar: There's no kind of Genre, which I don't enjoy! :))
