One of my favourite movies of all time is BOY. It's produced and filmed in New Zealand, and it's about the innocence of two young brothers. It's kind of a dramatic feelgood movie, if that makes sense.

Also, something completely different: Samsara. This is a guided meditation movie about the world we live in. It's exclusively optical with no dialogues. Beautifully captured scenes from all over the world. It showes us Samsara: the cycle of death and rebirth. I like this movie because it puts everything we do on a daily basis in perspective.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I've done... I am not sure. I don't think I can list one thing as the most amazing. But I tried diving, witch was really awesome! I also tried magic mushrooms in Indonesia, which showed me a lot of spirituality and connection to everything around me. Also just meeting new people, trying different foods, listening to live music or looking at art or a beautiful sunset. Yoga and meditation. I love it all. These things put a smile on my face.

Recently I started to do some yoga. And although there is so much more I can still learn and improve on, I love to share my knowledge with everyone who is willing to listen.

I am very proud to say that my best skill is listening. I am an empath who believes that the most important thing in life is kindness, compassion and human connection. I consciously practice to develop this :) So If you allow me to sleep on your couch, I will provide you with a listening ear anytime! We could do some yoga, enjoy the sun, meditate, philosophate on life. Or just chill :)
