I spent the first 25 years of my life in a very small town that didn't offer much in the way of culture. Now I'm looking to get out and see the parts of the world that Fox News hasn't covered. I drink very little if at all and I don't smoke cigarettes. I'm also housebroken and I don't chew shoes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm wanting to travel for as long as possible on a limited budget. Also looking to meet up with people who know the areas I'm staying in to get a better local experience.

Couch surfing has been recommended to me by a few friends who have used it in the past. I haven't stayed with anyone yet so I'm looking forward to trying it out.

Interests

I'm a big fan of the outdoors but also music, art, and literature. I like to think of myself as a fairly well rounded person. I'm really into food and cooking, which will probably catch up with me and make me literally well rounded one of these days.

Overall I want to know what you're interested in, I like expanding my horizons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I quit my job and decided I would rather be poor financially and rich emotionally. Whether that's an amazing thing or a silly thing remains to be determined.
