As for my traveling... Ive literally been around the world on a boat, plus all over Europe and some. By the time I turned 30, I had been to 30 countries (fun fact I just realized while in India).

ABOUT ME

I lived in Japan for 5 years, cruised around the world with Peaceboat 81, was a karma yogi at a meditation center for 9 months, ran my first marathon on the Great Wall of China, climbed Mt Fuji twice and I'm hoping to build an a-frame cabin with a sauna here in the PNW.

Essential oils, anatomy, herbs, nutrition, sunshine, evergreens, camping, swimming, exploring, scuba diving, figuring out how to get back to Papua New Guinea and make a documentary there.
