I'm a creative, friendly, inquisitive gal with a lust for life that's currently on a gap year between school and university; with the aim to live in various countries and travel (despite not having saved up for this year so being on a limited budget). So far i've AuPaired in various countries in order to get to know the cultures, and to have a base to explore the cities i've lived in and meet people. Through doing this, I've lived in Barcelona, Malaga and Berlin (the latter being where i currently live).

Also, despite being 'young' - I find i am a mature, independent person who's sole interest isn't just to party - I love exploring nature, visiting art galleries, learning more about the history and culture of a city, trying new foods and love to hike and ski. This summer however, me and a friend are planning to hitchhike around Europe, and visit some of the countries we've yet to have a chance to visit, as well as those we know and love. We have both met so many interesting people from across the globe over this past year, and so Couchsurfing seems like a great way to continue to do so. We love the concept of staying with a local, or someone that knows the city well, and would love to hear about personal recommendations for things to see, do and eat. This also is a way for us to keep costs down and so get to explore more places and have more experiences!
