My name is Charlène, I am a 24 years old girl from Lille (north of France) and now living in Paris. I work in a theater where I manage projects and do public relations. All year long, I volunteer in a short film festival where I do accounting and am in charge of logistics.
During my studies I had the opportunity to experience Canada as an exchange student. I've lived in Halifax (NS) and went to university there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I think it's a great way to experience travelling & to meet new people who I can share interests with.
When travelling I really want to get the essence of a place, and Couchsurfing is good for that, because it allows you to be more than just a tourist :)
