About Me

I'm currently working and traveling in France. I am an English Language Instructor for a language agency called Nacel. I have traveled to many parts of France over several years and I enjoy being immersed in the culture first-hand and meeting new people who can help me better understand this country's unique way of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I have had an account for many years, which I opened at the suggestion of a friend, I have never experienced what it has to offer. Recently one of my collegues in France told me about his wonderful experience using th site so my interest in the site has been renewed. I'm on Couchsurfing for the opportunity to meet people who are interesting and open-minded individuals who may share similar interests, enjoy a casual lifestyle, and are willing to open their homes to me on my frequent journies.

Interests

My interests include reading, writing, running, yoga, hip hop music, game of thrones, going to new restaurants, seeing live musical artists, hiking and being outdoors, and cats.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years ago I was lucky enough to visit Alaska during the summer. I flew up and down the coast in small boat planes seeing wildlife, I sailed in the pacific ocean and saw whales, orcas, and sperm whales along with other indigenous sea animals. I camp for 5 days in a traditional Haida native american tribe village which was an unforgettable experience. I even saw the famous northern lights of Point Barrow.
