ABOUT ME

First i want to define myself as a Human, from Europe, from France. I said first human as i dislike the concept of country and border. We all live in the same planet, we all are human, same species, and i don't believe in any race concept.
I don't think that I have better idea just because I'm french, or that i'm more civilized because i'm European.
i'm not better or worst than anyone else, we can be richer or poorer, more or less intelligent, taller and shorter, but please brother, sister, don't make any separation between us.
I hope people find me interesting but I am sure I can get interest from everything I can find. I like meeting new people, especially when they are nice and open-minded, when they have a passion they want to share.As I always wonder about life, future, human relation..I like people who share this kind of topic
I quit my job, my flat, sold everything in october 2011 to start a world trip, hope I find a way to save the world !
Well in fact after starting travelling and opening my mind to other point of view, i dislike to say i want to save the world...but i rather say I want to make the world better or I want to help the world to be a better place.

PHILOSOPHY

I am kind, often smiling, sometimes joking. I don't speak a lot, I listen others people.
I like thinking about future, especially after reading a book like "Une brève histoire de l'avenir".
I dislike to argue even if I am not on the same mind ! (May I called that diplomacy?!)
In politics, I am a centre-left opinion, a bit liberal.
In general, I am interested by ecology, but I am not perfect, I also must reduce my fucking carbon footprint!!!
I like technology, and I think that progress material and technical(in all producing activity) is the best way for reducing poverty, and sharing in the way to stop poverty (you see the difference ?!).
I am sure that the world will be better and better. I will do my best for that (Vote for me).

I try to make my life meaningful, I try to think about what can make it more useful for the planet.
As everyone, I try to find my way to be happy and create happiness around me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in Cork for less than a year, I would like to host people again.

After welcoming people for a while in Mulhouse, I went to travel around the world !
Also I like meeting people, every person you meet can change your life !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I registered me on August 2009. Then I met some CS from Mulhouse, Strasbourg, Basel, Freiburg. I have also spent few days in London(I love this city), Porto, Barcelona, Vienna, Munich, Zürich, Paris, Milano, Geneva, New York with other Couch surfers(some local and some coming from others countries, world is a village:)

I attended :

- 3 countries X-Mas Market
- Festival of Light in Lyon

I also hosted people from : Switzerland, Germany, England, Poland, South Korea, Egypt, Romania and France.

Interests

I am interested by economy,politics,history,travelling, meeting people coming from others countries, watching movies, listening musics, reading books, surfing on networks, spending time with friends, dancing, smiling, having party the whole night...
I find more and more interesting the concept of social business and I hope working or creating one company on the filed of education.
I like to think about the future, i mostly optimist about it despite all the crisis we face.

Movies : Inglorious bastard,12 year a slave, Django Unchained,Slumdog Millionaire, Shutter Island, Amélie Poulain, Matrix, Schindler list, Fight club, Jeanne D'Arc, Fifth Element, Sunshine, Whatever works, No country for old man, some James Bond, Seven pounds, Bienvenue chez les Ch'ti, and many others...
I can watch any kind of movies from Action to horror, Independent cinema, hollywood blockbuster.
I like watching movie but it's not my main entertainement activity

Music : Muse, Coldplay, Souchon, Cabrel, Bach, Pachelbel, Guetta, Katie Melua, Jason Mraz, Coco rosie, ... and many others...
Jazz, rap, RnB,Classic, Pop, Rock, whatever sounds good !
I'm not eclectic, not deeply fan of one of the listed artist but like music in general.

Books : "une brève histoire de l'avenir", "Crises, chaos et fin du monde", "Ni d'EVE ni d'Adam" "Journal d'une irondelle" "Stupeur et tremblement", "Le cycle d'Ananké", "Da Vinci Code","La fascination du pire" ... and few others...
I read mostly essay ; poor economics from Duflot/Banerjee , a better world, a better india from Narayana murthy, Collapse, Guns Germs and steel from Jared diamond, some of the J.Attali essays
Well I like to read and think !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a pillow fight in Zurich
I celabrated NYE in Goa, and in Copacabana
I was waiting Jesus in Porto
I hitchhike from Sydney to Cairns (1900 km)
I slept in a tent surrounded by Impalas in South Africa !
I'm use to have dinner in Germany, Party in Switzerland and come back for the breakfast in France... isn't it amazing to leave in the border of three countries !
and I did a round the world trip !

Teach, Learn, Share

Before teaching, I have to learn a lot of things!!!
I have few notion of economy, history and politics.
I will share all I can.
