ABOUT ME

I'm an artist, fruit hunter, and Love Ambassador who is thrilled by this wide and wonderful world!

I was born and raised in Alabama where I learned how important it is to be kind and respectful. My mama taught me how to be Good and my papa taught me how to express myself. They both taught me how to Love.

Lived in Chicago for the better part of 6 years working as a barista, and a full-time performance artist. I was in a funk band, a vaudeville duo (with my twin brother), and numerous dance pieces, theatre pieces, comedy shows. Chicago is a wonderful city and it's where I truly discovered the Artist inside of me.

But now I am on a different, more spiritual part of my journey! I am on an eternal and international quest to find exotic and delicious FRUITS, which are the Greatest Things. I believe fully in the importance of a Healthful Life and I believe that it starts with thinking about what we eat. And fruit is a winner every time :)

Otherwise, I'm into depth. I'm into deep discussions and I Love hearing about how others see the world, how others coexist in this world. I Love investigating how people live in, amongst, and within their chosen environment. I Love exploring the dynamics of Loving relationships. And I really just Love talking and listening.

I'm a very happy person and I Love to share smiles, hugs, and whatever else with others... that's what It's all about!

PHILOSOPHY

Love is the only thing that Is. And we can see It in every single thing, in every single person, in every single experience. And choosing to see that Love enables us to see beyond ourselves. And to connect. And to realize that we are All Love... and we can celebrate that together!

Also, people are inherently Good.

And making your bed sets you up for a great day. Every time.

It's all about Faith and Belief in the Greater Good! Couchsurfing is trusting in the Goodness of people and knowing that you are in for a much richer experience. With Couchsurfing, you're affording yourself the opportunity to connect meaningfully with caring people who are interested in who you are and what you represent. And I offer myself fully to that engaging experience.

I have slept on many couches, although not through this site (yet!), and I absolutely Love the opportunity to share space with new friends and co-create with amazing, welcoming people :)

-It would be a grand honor for me to empower you to make your own homemade sauerkraut and/or Kombucha! I am a very big fan of the Art of Fermentation and I would Love to share that with you!
-I know a ridiculous amount about recorded music and would be more than happy to recommend a bunch of Artists to you... If I'm really feelin' it, I might make you a whole mixtape!!
-I have a bunch of knowledge and enthusiasm for eating raw healthy foods and can make one heck of a salad entirely out of raw ingredients.
-I truly Love to handwash dishes and if anyone needs help, I am so happy to not only do the dishes, but I'll offer lessons.
-I am also really interested in and passionate about conscious, compassionate, and mindful living and I am happy to talk about those things!
