About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to see what all the fuss is about...and do slam poetry accross Amierca
ABOUT ME
All about me eh? Well. At this moment in time I am obsessed with doing slam poetry. I'm currently embarking on a massive slam poetry road trip across the United States. I recently graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in English (with a focus in American Lit). I was the Editor-in-Chief at the Sheaf (the University of Saskatchewan's Student Newspaper) for two years. I've done some freelancing for the University as well. I'm the Slamaster at my local poetry slam in Saskatoon, SK. I do other stuff too, but you know those are my credentials. I have a facebook account (charles hamilton) and a myspace at myspace.com/bunnyhugmusic. Oh yeah, I have a blog http://bunnyhugblog.blogspot.com/...but it's not very well updated...like ever.
PHILOSOPHY
If you're gonna be dumb you better be tough.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to this whole thing, but I'm looking to get involved. I will have a couch when I get back home at Christmas and am totally willing to show cool people a good time in good old Saskatchewan.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorites are kinda silly. I listen/read/watch so much awesome stuff. Right now I've been listening to a lot of good hip-hop (Tribe Called Quest, Blue Scholars, Binary Star), but I listen to a lot of spoken word and folk music. I like to party to electronic music. Movies: anything good (Spike Jonze, Charlie Kaufman, Woody Allen, Spike Lee, Jim Jarmusch,). Books: Too many. I'm reading he Know-It-All: One Man's Humble Quest to Become the Smartest Person in the World by A. J. Jacobs. I like Kurt Vonnegut, Saul Bellow, Hemingway, Tolstoy, Malcolm Gladwell, Kafka...again anything I think is good.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The amazing stuff can't be put into words.
