About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm in Argentina for four months. I want to see all I can see, do all I can do and meet everyone I can meet while I'm here!

ABOUT ME

I'm a 26 year old average university student who's sick of sitting all day. I'm a bit hyperactive as I want to do things all the time. When I'm not studying, I usually try to play a bit of music, hang out with friends and go outside. At the moment, I work in an environmental non-profit organisation in La Plata, Argentina.

PHILOSOPHY

At the moment, I'm a bit tired of my studies and taking a break abroad. I'm hungry for discoveries...

Interests

I love music, usually anything aside from pop. I also like traveling (duh!), cooking, playing outside (hiking, climbing, canoing, kayaking, etc.) and games (board games, video games, puzzles, etc.). I'm also interested in environment which I'm studying in university. I'm not much of a drinker or smoker.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : I could probably list a hundred bands here but anything from Muse to Behemoth summerizes it well. Mostly rock and metal, old or heavy, reggea, jazz, gypsy jazz and blues. I'm generally open to anything aside of pop (an then again... it depends).

Books : Eeeesssssshhhhhhhhhhh... I must admit I don't read much anymore. I was a fan of King, Werber, Wells and Orwell but I really don't read much.

Movies : Some of my favorite directors are Tarantino, Ritchie, Fincher, Nolan and Meirelles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing thing I have seen was while I was walking about 30 kilometers a day on my way to Santiago de Compostella in Spain, a couple of years ago. I remember that every pilgrim would complain at least a little bit everyday about blisters, cold, heat, pain or anything... And one day, I walk across a young man who struggles with every step he takes. I stop walking to encourage him and realize he had some sort of handicap (excuse my ignorance) that rendered coordinating his movements very difficult. He was walking with crutches for about 4 kilometers a day, trembling at every step but never hesitating. Saying goodbye, I starting walking again... Thinking... Well, that man who I thought needed encouragement left me with more courage than I had before... and he did inspire me in about 5 minutes. (By the way, I'm not a very religious person if you wonder. Not at all, in fact.)
