I like sparrows. :-) I like to help people, really appreciate peaceful surroundings but I'm very much used to alot of commotion going on around me. In highschool my house was always the spot, it was a very smoked out spot, I was always trying to keep my friends from doing hard drugs. I used to be 'CCB the crazy charlie bean' but now I'm just a monk. I live in an apartment with 2 brothers throwing parties all the time and I'm the middle brother on the spiritual tip. It's basically a comune household. I started kung fu when I was 21. I've studied pretty much every avenue of spiritual teaching, I was a bit of a yogi for a few years. I had a sort of awakening which led me to a more biblical understanding of the world. I'm a carpenter. I've never owned a phone, I use a tablet instead. The highlight of my day might be carrying something heavy, fixing something or playing a game on my tablet, or watching a ridiculously adorable cat video ofcourse. Working is fun for me. -On Mondays I'm in charge of making 65 bags of groceries and handing them out, as well as cleaning the main floor of a community dinner in Allston Mass.

-For a while I was doing charity dinners at 6 different places a week.

-I've been the lead container loader an organization called Bikes not Bombs for 7 years. we pack around 550 bicycles and a couple tons of Parts into freight containers and ship them to impoverished countries.

-I've always had held an open couch for my homeless buddies.
I turned a 6' x 9' closet into guest bedroom in my house. When I'm gone one buddy's gonna stay in my room and another will stay in my closet room.

-I once walked with a blind man by the arm to from one part of the city to another when it was icy

-Looking for volunteer work when I get to San Diego

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I'm moving to San Diego to do martial arts all week. I am taking the leap of faith by going there with only a 80l backpack, a kick scooter, a lightweight camping hammock and a debit card with some money for food and gym costs. My only concerns are finding a nice spot for my hammock, a way to do laundry each week and maybe a place for some of the stuff in my pack.

I would love to landscape or something for any one who can help me out.
