Overview
About Me
I’m a thirty-year-old French who’s been teaching computer/digital skills in a non-profit for the past years.
After doing short-term volunteering in Taroudant, Morroco last summer, I’m doing long-term volunteering (European Voluntary Service) in a kindergarten in Kraków, Poland.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to share experiences with other people, I’m generally talkative and I am very, very curious!
I only started recently to travel outside my country, even if it was a lifelong goal, and I’m already starting to get hooked on it, there is no stopping now :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I have very wide taste in music, so maybe just a few artists thrown in a mix: Eels, Oscar Peterson, Nikka Costa, Aretha Franklin, The Cat Empire, Daft Punk, Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac, France Gall, James Morrison, Jackie DeShannon, Jamiroquai, John Mayer, Len, Louis Armstrong, Ray Charles…
Movies: Similarly, I love a wide variety of films: Paprika, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Interstella 5555, Last Action Hero, The Straight Story, Porco Rosso, Le Roi Et l’Oiseau, Le Diner de Cons, Crocodile Dundee…
Books: Guess what? Same as with music and movies:
Fiction:
—Fantasy and sci-fi novels: The Books of Lord Dunsany, The Work of Robert E. Howard (Conan and the likes), The Kane series by Karl Wagner, Royal Assassin series by Robin Hobb, Lensmen series by Doc Smith, Aucune Étoile Aussi Lointaine by Serge Lehman, the work of Isaac Asimov, especially the Foundation books…
—Other types of fiction: Work by Lee Child, James Hadley Chase, Balzac, Dante, Hugo, John Green…
Non-Fiction :
—Either books about self-improvement, David Allen’s GTD, things like that…
—Or books about strange, weird, not well-known subjects: Books about history (example: Le Jules Vernes, Avion Corsaire by Henri Yonnet), or about art theory and interpretation like the work of Ananda Coomaraswamy…
Okay, I’m, stopping there, you get an idea ;-)
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I’ll gladly teach anything related to computers or digital skills, for example.
Learn: I love, really LOVE to learn new things!
Share: “Anything that is shared or given is lost.”
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my experiences and will do so gladly!
I can also share my help and skills with anything and would be very happy to do so :-)
