So 2019 I am inviting more adventure, curiosity, learning and creativity in. I will begin the year by learning the foundations of Shiatsu massage to enhance my understanding of the healing powers of massage from different parts of the world. I have been practising Thai and Swedish massage for a year now and want to continue on this path for as long as it goes.

I love to travel and explore new places, people, nature, cultures. I have been to different parts of the world including Australia, New Zealand, Tanzania, Thailand, Malaysia, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Andorra, Switzerland, New York and more. I wish to continue my journey through this precious life by visiting as many parts of this incredible planet as possible but with some responsibility and respect as I go.

I love to make music with my band back at home and with whoever i may meet along the way too! I love to talk philosophy and spiritual, psychological, emotional, human, deep stuff and yet come out with humour on the other side, smiling and accepting the chaos of life! I love to try things and listen to others and learn about natural healing and medicine. Art, writing, philosophy, music, nature, herbs, fermenting, DIY all tick my boxes!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this community is great. People have places that they'd like to visit and people have places they can stay. It's as simple as that really. Making our world more connected, leaving large hotel, tourism industries behind and allowing the majority of us who aren't so wealthy to get around with the help of each other and the friends we have yet to meet! Wonderful.

I love all music but at the moment I am rekindling my love for The Libertines, Kula Shaker, Blur, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Shubert. These are all CD's i have found in the charity shops!

I am currently reading The Living and The Dying.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been practising certain circus skills for the last year including poi, contact juggling, staff and fire fans and would absolutely love to skill share with any budding circus freaks out there!
I love to have a good jam with lots of musicians and their instruments. I am so keen to learn more on the guitar and possibly the drums.
I have been practising massage therapies including, ayurvedic neck, shoulder and head, thai oil and thai yoga massage, swedish massage, accupressure, and hot stone massage so would love to share, swap, learn with this too!
