I have just finished my degree in engineering from the University of Nottingham in the UK. I met people from all round the world, especially from Asia, so have come to Singapore and visited some friends, now am about to travel around South East Asia for 3 months.

I like to cook and try new food, even though, unfortunately I'm not a fan of seafood (which seems to be huge in Asia!)

I have a down to earth, welcoming and adventurous personality. I'm social and love to meet people but not extroverted at heart, so travelling alone is a new thing for me. I'm also quietly looking for my lifes calling!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've enjoyed backpacking and staying at hostels in the past, and the best parts of the trips have been meeting new people. Recently I discovered Couchsurfing and though it would be a great opportunity to meet and get to know local people!

I would love to be shown around cities, have an insight into different cultures and see some of the less touristy things. Plus to visit bars, restaurants or see live music that might otherwise be difficult to do alone.

I'm from the UK but not yet sure if I would like to stay there permanently.

Once I finish travelling, I'd love to host people myself :)
